A performance-driven leadership and management consultant with more than two decades of international experience helping organisations improve performance, sharpen strategy and strengthen the way their people work together.

I am a team-oriented leader with strong strategic, communication and cross-cultural interpersonal skills, having worked with clients across five continents — from small organisations to large, profit and non-profit, global and local.

I founded and built UTS Europe Limited, a UK software products and services company, and have since worked as a consultant on software and consultancy projects spanning management skills development, leadership enhancement, knowledge management systems, and individual and organisational performance improvement.

I am also an author, instructor and instructional designer of management courses delivered internationally, and hold an MBA with first-class distinction.
